Shockwaves from Katrina are hitting UK

Financial Times has reveales that Tony Blair was shocked by the BBC's coverage of Hurricane Katrina's devastation of New Orleans, describing it as “full of hatred of America"
Finally Blair has realized what we feel for a long time: BBC is a pot full of leftists, ready to blame America first whatever the reason.

But it sounds just a involuntary disclosure, Blair is going to do nothing about this state news enterprise.

Couldn't agree with you more. It's just disappointing that this story isn't getting much attention. Of course it will get ZERO attention from the BBC itself, you know, that the leader of their own country has just denounced them as being hateful toward an entire nation. That isn't newsworthy it seems.

I have a question. Do you think the powers that be at the BBC are even aware of their sinking reputation or, like most lefties, are they so sure of their moral authority that they will simply ignore the critics? To me they dont seem too bothered by any of it.
