I found out on about.com. I wouldn't trust Snopes as they're liberal. Still, it doesn't resolve the question of a) whether he was an American citizen at birth and reclaimed American citizenship at age 18 (according to US immigration law back then) or b) is a foreign national. I doubt we will ever see those transcripts or his birth certificate. More and more people are starting to question.
